Bond Hours

We are greatly in need of assistance from parents to man the Welcome table on the following days:

Duties include the following:
Set up table in lobby. Retrieve and put away sandwich board and file boxes in coaches' room cupboards. Record questions/comments from parents in communication binder so that they can be followed up by a Board member. Post any info sheets as per request by the coaches or Board members. May be asked to assist with decorating lobby for special theme days or holidays.

Welcome table duties DO NOT include the following:
1. Collection or handling of any monies on behalf of the Club.
2. Registration of new members.

Parents who sign up and complete the bond duty as described above will be considered to have completed their full complement of bond hours for the skating season 09/10.
